We invite all of our guests to complete a Comment Sheet regarding their stay at the Rainbow Motel. The opinions of our clientele are very important to us since they not only gauge our personal service to them but also may draw our attention to a particular detail of an individual room that might require attention, as well as suggest ways in which we may expand or improve the amenities we offer in order to make their stay with us even more enjoyable.
Many people now travel with their own food and beverages for reasons of convenience, health, or simply to economize, and so we proceeded to equip all units with mini-fridges and microwave ovens.
More and more people are travelling with their laptop computers, either for business or just to keep in touch with relatives, and we received inquiries about internet service; as a result we now offer free high speed wireless internet to our guests.
When we began receiving comments about the lack of coffee makers in the rooms, we promptly installed coffee makers in all of our units, along with complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.
One of our guests from Quebec lamented that there was only one French channel on the TV, which is pretty much standard for this region, and so we changed our TV offerings from 40 channels to over 200 channels, including almost 40 French stations.
As you can see, the comments from our guests help guide us to provide you with a comfortable and enjoyable rest on your journey through Nova Scotia.
